I'm Hazel — an operations and creative professional with 5+ years across education, government service, and customer support. I've taken on roles as a Healthcare VA, Business and Content VA, Social Media Manager, and Operations Manager, and in every single one, I showed up with genuine care and attention.

I enjoy helping clients stay organized, grow their presence, and deliver great experiences to their own clients. I'm not going to pretend I have it all figured out — nobody does. But I show up prepared, I follow through, and I tell you the truth even when it's not the easiest thing to say.
